BARZA is a new brand of cava established in 2009. It is produced in the region of Penedès, close to the city of Barcelona, whereafter BARZA is named. The production process of this sparkling wine follows the traditional method, famour for its typical taste and guaranteeing premium quality. Barza premium cava is made from the first pressing of the finest selection of grapes (varieties: Macabeo/Paredellada/Xarello) growing on our bodega's private vineyards near Barcelona and aged during 14 months in our cellars.
